Description

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d) for our workshop on Raiffeisenstraße in Flensburg, to work in a permanent position and in part-time or full-time %).

Your responsibilities

Your tasks include supporting people with disabilities in their work in housekeeping, laundry care, catering and kitchen, preparing approximately 300 meals per day, cleaning and implementing hygiene standards, as well as organizing and documenting these services according to legal standards and our quality management system. You will also provide professional guidance to employees in your area of responsibility, optimize the quality of housekeeping work while considering the occupational safety requirements of the department, and work together with our hygiene consulting or management to ensure compliance with all regulations in this area.

Your profile

You have completed training as a housekeeper, housekeeping master, cook, kitchen master or have a comparable qualification. You enjoy working in housekeeping and the kitchen, but you long for free evenings and weekends? Then you are in the right place with us.

Ideally, you already have experience in a large kitchen, hotel operation, catering and/or working with people with disabilities.
