- Translate business needs into effective solutions on the platform
- Lead technical design sessions and document solutions
- Manage custom development, integrations, and data migration
- Ensure code quality and technical leadership
- Oversee all technical aspects of projects
- Drive business development and provide estimates
- Mentor junior resources and conduct interviews
- Travel may be required up to 20%
- 10+ years of Consulting or Industry experience
- Experience with FSC including platform configuration
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience
- Design and optimize business processes
- Expertise in Salesforce products and configuration
- Knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, and data loader
- Experience with agile methodologies and Cloud Computing
- Strong communication skills and client interaction

Compensation and Benefits
