    Job DescriptionAs the Coordinator, Data Analytics, you will Partner with key stakeholders toestablish and implement data-driven metrics designed to improve internal business processes,support strategic planning, and ultimately improve profitability. In addition, the role will laissewith central departments to progress the organizations goals for digitalization and automation.
    Responsibilities

    • Leverages the use of data analytics tools (e.g. QlikSense, Databricks, Snowflake,Python, Alteryx, etc.) to implement solutions, and to increase team's efficiency andreliability.
    • Manage and oversees cross-functional data analytics projects throughout the entiredevelopment cycle (from inception to production), ensuring that quality standards anddeadlines are meet.
    • Participates in the definition of metrics to expand depth of analysis, to improve internalprocesses and identify quantifiable business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain scalable data products for data warehousing (Data Lake concept).
    • Foster a relationship of trust and cooperation with stakeholders, creating an atmosphereof knowledge and collaboration.
    • Effectively communicate findings and insights to upper management and internal
    • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in data analytics to ensure the usage of cutting-edge tools and techniques available.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, orrelated field.
    • Experience with ETL processes using Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx (or similar)
    • Knowledge in programming languages is preferred (SQL, Visual Basic, Python, amongothers) is preferred.
    • Ability to successfully collaborate in a cross-functional environment and under minimalsupervision.
    • Capable to analyze large datasets, being able to obtain insights from it, and to establishprocesses to update the analysis made on a periodic basis.
    • Has the ability to adapt according to changing business environments. Is flexible tochanges in the department and the assignment of tasks.
    • Able to work on unfamiliar issues by applying a logical and systematic approach toanalyzing and assembling relevant information from multiple sources.
    • Compose effective and professional written communications and documentation for non-routine and/or technical matters.
