- Performs assessments of strategic performance metrics under the guidance of more senior team members to support business initiatives by working with data analytic teams to translate business requirements into analytic specifications; using appropriate data analysis tools and approach to assess business performance; deploying suitable data gathering and analysis methods (e.g., process observation, hard data, etc.); conducting statistical analyses and/or testing to evaluate the effectiveness of business solutions; and identifying and alleviating risks through data-driven analysis.

:The Consultant is responsible for designing and solutioning of transformational programs and initiatives for Kaiser Permanente Georgia (KPGA).In partnership with Business Leaders, the Consultant will identify and solve issues related to KPGA's most critical strategic challenges across a variety of functional areas (e.g. care management, medical cost reduction).These efforts will involve leveraging data analytics, functional area expertise, and stakeholder input to help identify and solve opportunities to capture value and ultimately increase revenue and savings for KPGA. The expectation of this role is to work in an entrepreneurial fashion in order to help generate hypotheses, conduct initial data analysis and evaluate hypothesis, and work with the team to develop predicted timelines for each hypothesis / initiative.
