    POSITION SUMMARY:


    We are performing a retained search for the senior most executive leader to head up and continue building out a best in class multifamily asset management business function, platform, strategy, and team at the highest level.

    This position will lead the team and strategy on all aspects of asset and investment management, across the full life cycle; from initial market and investment analysis, acquisitions and/or development through value add (construction/renovations/capital projects), lease up and stabilization from an asset and investment management perspective.

    In addition, this individual will manage and drive the overall performance and strategies for assets in the portfolio and into disposition (where applicable).


    This position has come about as a result of the company's continued growth and long-term strategic plans organically adding AUM (currently at ~2.5B AUM).

    This is a very meaningful role on the senior leadership team located at the corporate HQ in Texas.

    This opportunity will have significant exposure to all stakeholders and partners (internal and external), being instrumental to the business plan as they continue growing the asset management function & team, as well as the portfolio and business.

    They are looking for a leader who enjoys heading up teams, initiatives and strategies; someone who is both quantitatively and qualitatively minded (loves state of the art technology and data driven systems), who excels in communicating at all levels, across all functions and business partners to include; investment, development, and operating partners and various stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure optimum asset performance.
