The position:
The Asset Manager is responsible for supporting RPM Investments in the management of assets and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic oversight of a portfolio of assets, to include:
Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performanceo Identification of property-level and market trends and formulate strategies to maximize the value of each asset in accordance with its business plan o Quarterly property tours and performance reviews for portfolio assets o Review marketing programs and pricing for portfolio assets
Compile monthly and quarterly reports for equity partners
Perform cash flow analysis and generate distribution recommendations
Monitoring the status of renovation and capital improvement projects and perform return on investment calculations
Assistance in preparing construction budget and management of construction draws from debt and equity sources
Compiling market research (e.g. market studies and competitive set profiles) and providing recommendations
Loan compliance and administration
Assistance with acquisitions, recapitalizations and dispositions within the portfolio

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from fouryear college/university
Finance, economics, or other quantitative field preferred
Minimum three years' experience; prior asset management or finance roles preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
