- Primary deliverable is a weekly report, which is used to generate sales activities.
- Performance bonuses are awarded for completing defined goals, which are generally a series of related research tasks.
- Maintain organized data in Livelink and Microsoft Dynamics of collected research and notes.
- Create new "Opportunities" in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collect information about future project opportunities, especially during the Pre-Planning and Planning stages. (Before Tender Advertisement.)
- Use the internet, email, and telephone to acquire Capital Asset Plans from all municipal entities with drinking water storage responsibilities in selected regions of the United States.
- Analyze those plans and any other relevant sources to identify the specific parts of the document that will be of interest to Landmark.
- Organize the data in Microsoft Dynamics designed for this process.
- Provide weekly progress reports.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent internet researching competencies.

- Strong understanding of Public Funding and reporting practices.
- Strong understanding of construction design/tender/contract/build cycles.
- Competency in Livelink, Microsoft Dynamics.
