This job description is for a Technical Sales / Account Management Engineering position in Normandy, TX.

About the Job
***In this role, you will work with TI customers as a business consultant to identify new projects and increase business opportunities. You will start as a trainee sales representative, selling products in a specific geographical area or business sector. Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with existing customers under the supervision of senior staff.
Specific duties may include:
Responsibilities may include:
- Understanding TI's sales process and technical solutions
- Consolidating and providing sensitive business information to Account Managers using internal sales reporting tools
- Planning events such as customer workshops and trainings
- Conducting market research in emerging vertical markets or specific sales regions
- Using internet resources such as Xing and LinkedIn for investigation purposes
- Managing sample orders and shipments to customers and distribution partners
- Communicating with customers, distributors, and internal colleagues worldwide
- Arranging customer meetings onsite or through virtual conferences (e.g. Webex)
- Participating in team meetings
