As a Full Time Intake Specialist at Mel Trotter Ministries, you'll have the exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance and support. Your compassionate and empathetic nature will shine as you guide them through the intake process with care and understanding. Working onsite, you'll be at the heart of our mission to help those in need.
You'll collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth intake process and offer support and encouragement to those who come through our doors. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
What you need to be successful
To excel as an Intake Specialist at Mel Trotter Ministries, you'll need exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with individuals in crisis. Your ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion will be key in building trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds. Strong organizational skills will help you efficiently manage intake processes and maintain accurate documentation.
