- Serves a maximum caseload of eight (8) EFC children
- Provides treatment planning and leads the treatment team
- Participates in the recruitment, orientation, and training of foster parents
- Collaborates with the Foster Care Worker on intake of youth, placement, and program evaluation
- Assists in driving and transporting clients when needed
- Completes and submits required documents specific to EFC within the allotted time frames
- Collaborates with Behavioral Aides to provide appropriate behavioral health and mental health services to children and families
- Ensures compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Maintains contact with all involved parties to implement the service plan
- Attends supervision, program trainings, and agency meetings
- Ability to foster a positive work culture
- Proficient in problem-solving and task prioritization
- Capable of preparing reports, maintaining records, and evaluating client data
- Proficient in reading and interpreting data
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage with diverse populations and cultures professionally
- Capable of independent work and sound judgment
- Ability to meet contractual and regulatory requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related human services field is required
- A Master's Degree in a human services discipline is preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Child Welfare or Family systems, including assessment and treatment planning
- Completion of Child Welfare Training Institute (CWTI)
