    We have a Full-Time Cook **Mixed Shift** position serving our **Residents** in our fine dining restaurant 58 Fifty-Five.

    40 hours a week

    Rotating Weekends

    No late nights

    **Minimum Qualifications:**

    Ability to work a flexible schedule with a combination of days, evenings and some weekends.

    We are an upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community that provides extraordinary hospitality to our residents and guests. Our Independent Living setting offers three different dining venues:

    58 fifty-five restaurant Our full-service fine dining room available for dinner service featuring a bi-weekly rotating menu

    MinneHaHa Pub Our fireside pub featuring a full bar with wine, beer, and signature cocktail service and patio seating

    The Caf A casual space for coffee, bakery goods, and lighter lunch fare

    **Qualifications**

    Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to understand measurements and conversions.

    A minimum of three years of experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, club or similar institution.

    Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards.

    Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance. Some knowledge of nutrition and diet.

    Serv-Safe qualification required within 60 days of employment.

    Knowledge and understanding of food products specifications, FIFO method, proper storage and preparation standards for safe food handling.

    Trillium Woods is a LCS Community, compliance with the LCS COVID-19 Policy is required for this position as it is all for all LCS Community positions.
