    Kim's is a full-service, in-person restaurant that is pushing the edge of what a restaurant experience can be - for our guests and our team.     What we expect from you as a Line Cook:

    While your day-to-day tasks are related to creating dishes to set standards, and prepping, maintaining, and breaking down your station, these three responsibilities are at the core of the line cook role:
    • Understanding and executing the culinary vision
    • Engaging in a high performing team and contributing to a healthy environment
    • Keeping operations streamlined and productive
    What you'll need to be successful in this position:

    You need to have some chops to be a Kim's Line Cook, enough to be able to confidently and consistently keep up with the flow of service and support your teammates. On top of technical skill, you will thrive in this role if:

    • Highly competitive hourly compensation with equity between houses, departments and skill levels. Line cooks start at $19.00 an hour plus monthly cash tips.
