    What we expect from you as a Line Cook:
    While your day-to-day tasks are related to creating dishes to set standards, and prepping, maintaining, and breaking down your station, these three responsibilities are at the core of the line cook role:
    • Understanding and executing the culinary vision
    • Engaging in a high performing team and contributing to a healthy environment
    • Keeping operations streamlined and productive
    What you'll need to be successful in this position:
    You need to have some chops to be a Kim's Line Cook, enough to be able to confidently and consistently keep up with the flow of service and support your teammates. On top of technical skill, you will thrive in this role if:

    Si bien sus tareas diarias estn relacionadas con la creacin de platos para establecer estndares, y preparar, mantener y descomponer su estacin, estas tres responsabilidades estn en el centro del papel de cocinero de lnea:
    • Comprender y ejecutar la visin culinaria

    • Mantener las operaciones optimizadas y productivas
    Lo que necesitar para tener xito en esta posicin:
    Necesitas tener algunas chuletas para ser un cocinero de lnea de Kim, lo suficiente para poder mantenerse al da con confianza y consistentemente con el flujo de servicio y apoyar a tus compaeros de equipo. Adems de la habilidad tcnica, prosperars en este rol si:
