I am working with one of the North Shore's most well established General contractors that focuses primarily on Ground-Up Public, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, and recreational projects up to $50M.

They are looking to add a seasoned Project Manager to join their growing team and to aid their pipeline that is built out until 2026.

They are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee a range of exciting construction projects that will certainly diversify your project portfolio.

The Project Manager - Projects up to $50M will be responsible for:
Oversee and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
Lead and mentor a team of project staff, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle
Manage change orders, requests for information (RFIs), and other project documentation
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits
Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to enhance project success and promote future business opportunities
The Project Manager - Projects up to $50M will have:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of [5] years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up public and private projects
Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $25 million in value
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract management
Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office suite
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements
PMP or CM certification is a plus
