    CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

    Washington, DC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Performs sensitive and highly visible administrative functions for U.S
    Field Executive(s).


    • Often the first person corresponded with for the Executive.
    • May perform or have access to activities of a highly confidential nature that may require comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures
    Administers specialized programs.


    • Plans and produces executive correspondence, without the need for continual improvements or revisions
    • Operates general office equipment and is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software applications
    • Manages schedule and calendars for U.S
    Field Executives


    • Plans and produces executive correspondence, operates general office equipment and is proficient with Office Suite software applications
    • Assists with booking travel and initiating travel documentation for U.S
    Field Executives


    • Manage U.S
    Field documentation in Sharepoint and other network shared drives


    • Responsible for submitting a weekly report to U.S
    Field leadership on a weekly basis, as determined by U.S
    Field Executive Staff no later than COB each Wednesday reporting on the activities for the week REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


    • Associate's Degree is required.
    • Must possess excellent verbal and writing skills.
    • Demonstrated experience performing secretarial and administrative duties to include planning and producing correspondence, reports, proposals, memos, and other documentation, operating spreadsheet software such as Excel to produce finished documents and poof reading completed documents.
    • Six (6) or more years of related experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
