    Description
    MIMS GROUP is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team with a strong drive and clear vision. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our field. As part of the role, you will delve into our established processes to support our existing portfolio of 2,000 clients, while also nurturing new business relationships through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with guiding a small team in executing these responsibilities effectively. Over time, you will transition into the role of Agency Director by honing your expertise in our unique systems and procedures. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and cater to our current client base.
    • Identify and explore new opportunities in the business-to-business (B2B) landscape.
    • Oversee and monitor team performance and deliverables.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on existing protocols.
    • Regularly report on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Foster a culture of recruitment, training, and leadership development on a daily basis.
    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated time management expertise, consistently meeting deadlines.
    • Effective supervisory and leadership abilities.
    • Aptitude for task prioritization and delegation.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.
    • Passionate about assisting individuals and building strong connections.
    • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community engagement is highly valued.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and access to personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period required before potential advancement.
