    Description
    MIMS GROUP is in search of a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear vision. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry. The pivotal role entails managing our 2,000 strong client base, nurturing existing relationships, and proactively seeking new business ventures through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them to success in these same endeavors. Transitioning into the role of Agency Director will be your next milestone, honing your skills within our established frameworks and processes. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.
    • Service existing client base.
    • Explore new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes.
    • Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
    • Consistently report field activities using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.
    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
    • Proven time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
    • Robust supervisory and leadership proficiencies.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities efficiently.
    • Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.
    • Passion for aiding individuals and fostering connections.
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • A community-oriented approach.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Must have a clean background and reliable transportation.
    • A 45-day evaluation period is necessary before progression.
