    Summary:

    Join Public Health-Seattle & King County's Environmental Health Services (EHS) Division that is currently looking for 5 Term Limited Temporary (TLT) / Special Duty Assignment (SDA) Program/Project Manager II (PPM II) positions to support the migration to a new software system.

    • Software Implementation Support: Assist in implementing a new permitting and licensing environmental health software system, ensuring effective communication, user training, and change management.
    • Training Program Development: Create comprehensive training materials to educate staff and customers on utilizing new software effectively.
    • User Support: Act as the main contact for software-related issues or inquiries.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain training inventories and ensure accurate documentation in the system.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with program staff and software contractors to address necessary functionalities.
    • Continuous Improvement: Administer surveys, report progress, and collaborate on change management strategies.

    Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills:

    Required:
    • Training experience in creating and delivering programs.
    • Experience in implementing new processes/systems.
    • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
    • Valid Washington State Driver License.
    • Multitasking and project management abilities.
    Desired:
    • Experience in environmental health.
    • Proficiency with management tools and software transitions.

    Experience social justice principles in the workplace by fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
