Description
The Key Program is seeking a Full-Time Master's Level Clinician to work within a six bed, Semi-Independent Group Home for females, ages 16-20 years of age, located in Providence, RI.
The Residential Clinician requires a Masters Degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related area of study. and, have a legally registered and insured car for work use.Provide individual clinical services to the residents; Works collaboratively with the supervisors and direct care staff to provide clinical guidance and training.
Prepare and maintain clinical case records according to agency and licensing requirements.Work as part of a treatment team with external agency providers to coordinate care (schools, community counseling centers, hospital settings).
Attends and participates in individual supervision and regional clinical team meetings.The ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evening hours, is required.
Salary:
$63,560 - $65,560 (MSW, LCSW) or $66,560 - $71,560 (LICSW, LMHC) excellent individual and group clinical supervision and training, medical, dental and optical insurances; bilingual salary differential depending on language; paid vacation and holidays; retirement program; and pre-tax childcare.
In ADDITION to the salary, this full-time position qualifies for a $3,000 Hiring Bonus ($1500 at the completion of 3 months orientation and $1500 at the completion of 6 months)
The Key Program is a private, non-profit human service agency whose mission is to assist children/adolescents and their families find ways to pursue productive and rewarding lives.
Key works in conjunction with the MA Department of Children & Families (DCF), MA Department of Youth Services (DYS), the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the RI Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) and is an agency provider of both community-based outreach services and residential treatment programming.
