- Responsible for overall leadership of children's clinical services at the agency. Develop and implement a strategy for growth and expansion of Day One's children's clinical services.
- Provide all necessary administrative oversight for children's clinical services.
- Ongoing assessment of clinical needs of Day One clients and programs.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise clinical staff, direct service staff and interns within the children's clinical programs.
- Develop and implement evidence-based, trauma-focused treatment strategies for clinical, CAC, Community programs.
- Provide trauma-focused treatment to a case load of 3 to 5 clients/families impacted by sexual abuse and other traumatic events.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement all clinical operations policies, budget, and procedures.
- Assure proper maintenance of all clinical records, statistics, grants and reports in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and funding requirements.
- Assist with the development and monitoring annual program budgets for children's clinical services with the Manager of Adult Clinical Services, CAC Director, and the Finance Team.
- Attend all necessary team meetings and case reviews related to clinical and direct service programming.
- In partnership with the Manager of Adult Clinical Services and the CAC Director, develop effective relationships with all appropriate community stakeholders, including clinical programs, educational and medical institutions, state agencies, insurance companies, and key community leaders.
- Serve as a spokesperson for Day One to media, community groups, organizations, funding sources, and elected officials as required through public speaking, presentations and trainings. Provides consultation to professional colleagues, community groups, organizations, or individuals seeking assistance in issues related to sexual abuse.
- Predominantly a site-based position with hybrid option for project specific tasks or telehealth services. Community based meetings and visits.
- In-State Travel required.
- Work requires flexible hours, including occasional evening and weekend hours.
- Current licensure in clinical work or related field, with at least 3- 5 years of management experience in the human service field.
- Strong clinical experience with children and families. Experience in sexual abuse treatment, and evidence-based trauma-focused treatment.

The Manager of Children's Clinical Services is a co-leader of clinical services collaboratively with the Manager of Adult Clinical Services for Day One.
This leadership position is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all children's clinical services with.This includes clinical treatment within the agency's outpatient clinic to include in person and tele mental health, community-based programs, Children's Advocacy Center clinician.
This includes programmatic responsibilities and supervision of staff providing mental health treatment in the various program areas.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
