    Summary:

    The Assistant Clinical Manager/Program Administrator is a first line manager who collaborates with the Clinical Manager to direct nursing care and coordinate resources for a specified unit, while performing administrative activities and providing leadership and support to staff.

    Other Information:

    Qualifications:
    Education: Requires current RN licensure in Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
    Experience: Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, AORN membership, and demonstrated leadership skills.
    Supervision: Oversight of up to 40 FTEs.
