- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of three (3) years in healthcare required, with leadership experience preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems a strong plus
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Other Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in English, adherence to hospice philosophy, flexibility to work varying schedules and travel
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing a plus

We are searching for a dynamic Director of Clinical Services (RN Required) to work across multiple locations including Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Virginia, Maine, and New Hampshire. This role will involve regular travel, so pack your bags!
Position Summary
The Director of Clinical Services - Floating plays a crucial role in embodying the core values of Compassus: Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation. They are responsible for maintaining a positive working environment within the company, across departments, and with external stakeholders. This position involves intermittent management of interdisciplinary teams, extensive travel, and occasional administrative duties in the absence of the Hospice Area Executive of Clinical Operations.
