Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (
CFO) for HealthCore Clinic, Inc. (HCC) is responsible for managing the financial operations of the Clinic. The
CFO reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This position will supervise day-to-day finances, coordinate staffing, oversee billing, developing financial strategies, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and overseeing the accounting department.

Essential Functions:

The
CFO will partner with other members of management and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the program aspects of the annual budget in conjunction with the COO and CEO.

The
CFO plays a critical role in developing and implementing the Clinics financial strategy.

As a member of the leadership team, the
CFO will be an advisor to the CEO, evaluating and assisting with the financial plans and economic modeling.

The
CFO will engage the board finance, audit, and investment committees around issues, trends, and changes in the operating models and operational delivery.

The
CFO will review and assess long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with HCC strategic plan, especially as the organization considers sponsorships, acquisitions, and collaborations with external organizations.
