For our location in Konstanz, we are currently seeking a full-time lawyer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will be part of a highly experienced and motivated team that works quickly.

With your legal expertise in the financial sector, you are passionate about contributing to the success of the XOLARIS brand.

Your responsibilities:

You will be the central point of contact for all legal questions regarding our companies and managed funds.
You will regularly review the contractual agreements of our companies.
You will represent our company in all legal matters.
Independent handling and evaluation of current legal issues.
Close cooperation with our AIFMs and external regulatory officials (e.g. custodian, auditors).
Conducting legal research and independent project work.
Close communication with various departments, our clients, and business partners.
Proactively contribute to the continuous development of existing processes.

Your skills/experience:

You have at least passed the first state examination.
You have initial professional experience as a lawyer or inhouse counsel, preferably with additional qualifications in banking and capital markets law.
You have experience in the field of KAGB, GWG, etc.
You have a strong understanding of economic relationships.
You have good to excellent MS Office skills.
You have strong communication skills.
You can keep a cool head even in difficult situations.
