    Les quipes de Natixis IM travaillent en partenariat avec leurs clients - investisseurs institutionnels, fonds d'investissement, entreprises et particuliers - afin de comprendre leurs besoins spcifiques et de leur fournir des informations et des solutions d'investissement adaptes leurs objectifs long terme.

    Grce l'approche multi-boutique de Natixis IM, les clients peuvent ainsi bnficier de la rflexion et de l'expertise d'une vingtaine de socits de gestion active.

    Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) est la principale socit de gestion de Natixis IM en Europe. Elle runit 3 activits :

    •Les activits de distribution en France de l'offre en gestion d'actifs de Natixis IM ;

    •Le ple de gestion " Solutions " qui a vocation proposer des offres innovantes et forte valeur ajoute, construites principalement partir des expertises de gestion des diffrents affilis de Natixis IM ;

    •Une plateforme de centres d'expertises (fonctions support) au service des activits de distribution et des affilis.

    Natixis IMI poursuit son dveloppement et renforce sa prsence en France et l'international, en s'appuyant sur l'expertise de ses quipes et sur le modle multi-affilis de Natixis IM.

    Poste et missions

    Applicant will be working with team members in different geographies to ensure our applications and information systems are aligned with current and future business requirements and processes. The candidate will develop an understanding of the relationship between technology and traditional finance/accounting processes in Financial Asset Management. Responsibilities revolve around providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and liaison with technical teams. Additionally, they will analyze current business process and gather requirements to assist in designing solutions, configure, test and implement changes.

    Role activities:
    • Research, resolve and follow up on any service/technical issues in a timely manner.
    • Create, update, and maintain case records in our ticketing system.
    • Document and analyze issues and new requirements.
    • Test new solutions and functionalities
    • Assist with user training and process documentation.
    • Collaborate with the technical team.
    • Initiate virtual sessions to troubleshoot issues, to answer inquiries and gather requirement.

    • Between 18 and 28 years old
    • To be from a country other than the host country
    • Graduated

    •Some familiarity with basic accounting principles.

    •Strong organizational and multi-tasking.

    •Self-starter with strong work ethic.

    •Ability to learn and comprehend new systems and business processes quickly.

    •Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
