    Description
    About the Job:
    We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Principal Systems Analyst at Workplace Investing (WI) Managed Accounts. If you have a passion for teamwork and creating top-notch products, this is the place for you.

    The Team:
    Join a global, fast-paced, Agile team that values collaboration and innovation. As a Principal Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful program delivery and product roadmap alignment.

    Requirements:
    • 6+ years of experience in systems analysis methodologies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to lead business systems analysis and process improvement
    • Experience in building queries and database skills
    • Leadership skills to train partners on new solutions
    • Knowledge of restful services
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Prior experience in an Agile environment
    • Understanding of Fidelity's product offerings
    Your Role:
    • Translate customer needs into actionable stories with clear acceptance criteria
    • Build relationships across the organization
    • Deliver measurable business value
    • Identify and solve business problems
    • Define and evaluate solution efficiency

    Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC
    Contract Duration: 12 months

    Candidate Profile:
    1. Experience in systems analysis, data mapping, and batch applications.
    2. Proven capacity to lead business systems analysis and process improvement.
    3. Experience in API testing.

    Interview Process:
    Single round, 45-minute panel interview with the Hiring Manager and Tech Chapter Lead.
