    **Responsibilities**

    As a Workforce Development Manager, you will develop and grow internal and external market relationships to deploy programs for the enhancement of workforce pipelines for critical roles. Program will include K-12 partnerships, high school employment, apprenticeships, and other high-demand/low-supply roles critical to the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the communities we serve. Please note this will be a home based position with local market travel to schools, workforce commissions, etc for local programs & implementation is required. Targeted Markets - Kansas (KS) & Oklahoma

    Other responsibilities will include:

    + Direct oversight and/or collaboration of all local workforce development programs.

    + Partner with market HR Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, and leader stakeholders to identify workforce development needs and continuous evaluation of existing programs.

    + Act as an intermediary between the local markets and local chambers of commerce/economic development, community organizations, workforce development agencies and training providers, and other organizations to promote and create pipelines and collaborative programs.

    + Identify and assist with grant requests and other funding opportunities with local, state, or national agencies to enhance program development.

    + Establish and coordinatescareer exploration, experience and education initiatives to include apprenticeship, internship, job shadowing, work-based learning, sponsorships, and short-term training programs for students and community programs.

    + Create presentations for students, administrators, community partners, internal constituencies and other stakeholders as necessary. Provide program outcomes and summary reports using data and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to make decisions.

    **Requirements**

    Education:

    + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

    **Additional Preferences**

    + BS degree preferred

    + 5+ years of Workforce Development experience

    + 3+ years Program Management experience

    + Outstanding relationship building skills & tech savvy
