- Running our outbound process. We have a solid process for sourcing leads and reaching them through outbound Email and Social Media. You'll continue to run (and improve) that process to reach new outbound opportunities and set meetings for our Account Executives.
- Qualifying inbound. You'll also be the first point of contact with inbound leads to qualify them. Once qualified, you'll set a meeting for our Account Executives.
- Experimenting with new ways to reach leads. You'll constantly be brainstorming new ideas for lead development: cold calling, networking, glitterbomb mail, etc.
- #1 A STARTUP MENTALITY. We're looking for someone who understands how to hustle, rolls with the punches, and gets up every day ready to improve. We want to work with people who have a great attitude, are highly self-motivated, and are prepared to learn by doing.
- #2 COMMUNICATION. Sales requires excellent communication skills—you will be communicating with business owners, Marketing Teams and PR companies. You'll need to have the ability to ask great questions and think quickly on your feet. You will also need to communicate frequently and clearly with our Account Executives as we are a tight knit team.
- #3 ORGANIZATION / ATTENTION TO DETAIL. We deal with a high volume of sales opportunities at any given time, so your ability to stay organized and keep information up-to-date is crucial. You'll be working on two different markets simultaneously, so attention to detail is critical.
- Some sales experience and/or a working degree in marketing or business is preferred.
- Ability to work ideally everyday M-F for some portion of the day.
- Lives in Raleigh, NC or a close surrounding area
- Ability to work from anywhere.
- Work alongside and learn from Hannah Sobhan (VP of Sales) and our 4 Account Executives.
