As Winchester's Regional Sales Manager for the Mid Atlantic (DE, MD, DC VA, WV) territory, you will be a part of a dynamic team working to change the way electronic interconnect systems are sold.

Interconnect (connectors, wires, cables, harnesses, etc.) On a monthly basis create new business opportunities to ensure a pipeline sufficient to meet new business wins goals which have a high probability to Win
Winchester's product category operations and customer service teams
Winchester's Marketing and Sales Operations teams
Travel to customers and business units as needed to achieve established sales goals
Define Top Target Customers and develop account penetration strategies
Build relationships with customers through face to face visits and/or virtual engagements
