We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our client, an IT system house, at their Dresden location.

In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our client's nationwide team in the central sales department. This is a direct hire opportunity.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will report to the head of central sales.

You will focus on the system house portfolio and utilize the support of marketing and sales teams to drive success in your region (Saxony/Thuringia/Berlin).

You will also gradually take on the role of location manager, overseeing 14 employees and reporting directly to the management team.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in business, economics, or a related field, or have several years of experience in a similar position.

You should have a strong understanding of business and company structures and ideally have previous leadership experience. Knowledge of the cyber security, networking, and data center infrastructure markets, as well as
