For our team, we are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) in Cedar, KS.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of employment contracts
  • Inspection and ordering of cleaning materials
  • Support of the local service manager
  • Organization and training of staff
  • Monitoring of work processes
  • Point of contact for onsite clients

Profile

  • Previous experience in building cleaning
  • Ideally, experience in leading a team
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Assertiveness, ability to give instructions, and motivational skills
  • Driver's license
  • MMR certificate
