Technical product designers use state-of-the-art CAD technology to translate the specifications of engineers into plans and technical documents.
What you will learn in your apprenticeship

Together with other technical apprentices, you will begin your apprenticeship by practicing manual metal processing in a practical course.


Next, you will learn how to use 2D and 3D software programs at a modern CAD workstation in the design department, and see how our products are first created as models on the computer before being manufactured.

This will enable you to translate the specifications and ideas of engineers into standardized (technical) drawings and create necessary plans and documents.


Afterwards, you will be able to solve formulas for multiple translations in gear drives, for example: z1 = (n2 * z2) / n1, with ease.
