That's why we are looking for reliable, competent, and caring individuals like you to join our team as a caregiver (m/f/d) on a part-time or mini-job basis.

NOTE:
No formal caregiving training is required. We will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge through our internal training and on-the-job guidance. We welcome career changers to apply.

Responsibilities:

Caregiving: Creating a daily routine, training long and shortterm memory, providing support for family caregivers
Household tasks: Assisting with regular cleaning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and laundry
Personal care: Assisting with showering/bathing, providing guidance and support for daily personal hygiene, skincare, and dressing
Companionship: Supporting and accompanying clients in their daily activities, such as doctor's appointments, shopping, leisure activities, and walks.

Qualifications:

Reliability, responsibility, and empathy
A desire to make a meaningful impact by supporting others and helping them live with dignity in their own homes
A sense of duty and proper documentation of tasks performed
Strong communication and cooperation skills with clients and their personal networks
Keeping the care manager informed of any changes in the client's care situation
Willingness to participate in training and further education
Ideally, previous experience in caregiving or a related field, including personal
