- Create and maintain intricate financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, tax equity structures, and debt financing
- Engage in day-to-day deal execution, collaborating with team members, client teams, transaction counterparties, and advisors regularly
- Support clients in due diligence by managing information flow and evaluating company information
- Develop high-quality deliverables like Confidential Investment Memorandums, board materials, and other presentations for tax equity financing, M&A transactions, or client pitches
- Analyze and contribute to tax equity structures
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field; (Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Math, or Economics preferred)
- Successful completion of SIE, Series 79, and 63 exams within the first six months of joining the firm
- Prior experience in Investment banking, renewable energy, or project finance
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
