    Marketing Analyst

    12 Month Contract

    Hourly rate: $40 to $45/hour

    Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Marketing Analyst to join our newly formed "Growth Programs" team for this entertainment company. The primary focus of this team is Net Add Optimization, with a special emphasis on High-Value Conquesting (acquiring customers from competitors), Winbacks, Movers (relocation), Reconnects, and Referrals. You will be one of the first two analyst on a new team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with business and strategy teams to identify opportunities for customer expansion.
    • Lead analysis to determine which customer cohorts to target for conquesting, winbacks, and movers, among others.
    • Proactively engage with stakeholders to address critical business inquiries.
    • Focus on marketing analytics, with a strong emphasis on churn and customer acquisition.

    Skills:

    • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with no need for excessive technical expertise.
    • Proficiency in customer acquisition and/or churn analysis.
    • Strong command of SQL.
    • Familiarity with marketing channels, including direct mail, email campaigns, telemarketing, and digital experience.
    • Self-motivated and proactive.
    • Effective communication skills.

    Nice to Have:

    • Background in the entertainment industry.
    • Knowledge of Snowflake or Databricks.
