POSITION SUMMARY

Join the forefront of real estate finance with WAY Capital, Inc. As an Analyst on our capital sourcing team, you will play a key role in financial strategy and transaction execution. Your responsibilities will include developing financial models, preparing offering memorandum, and managing stakeholder relationships. You will leverage your analytical skills and proficiency in data management to support deal structuring from inception to capital acquisition. Based in El Segundo, California, this position offers significant opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic market environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in direct dialogue with debt, equity and structured capital sources including: family offices, pension funds, insurance companies, banks, credit funds
Ability to articulate business plans in a conversational manner, build momentum through consistent outreach, and conversational awareness to break connection barriers
Prepare detailed weekly capital markets reports for execution and capital sourcing personnel
Develop and prepare comprehensive investment/offering memorandum, pitch decks and project summaries, as well as ad hoc presentation/analysis materials
Ability to read, distill, and communicate pertinent information from various appraisals, market studies, and other professional materials
Multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Assist in the maintenance of the firm's database of clients and capital sources
Perform ad hoc tasks such as institutional research reports, market analysis, relationship outreach, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, real estate or related discipline
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), CoStar, RCA, ARGUS and Hubspot (CRM)
1-2 years of experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate Finance, or adjacent, environment
Demonstrated passion for real estate and desire to build a long-term career within the industry
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in underwriting is a plus
Ability to work at our El Segundo (Los Angeles) office five days a week
