- Own regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders, to track the impact of company priorities on key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Fluent in merchandising reporting as financials will be a critical component in increasing SKU efficiency and driving top line revenue growth.
- Drive SKU efficiency while balancing long-term global product strategies.
- Partner closely with Retail counterparts to align on omni alignment opportunities
- Partner with Planning & Merch teams on understanding financial targets and how they translate to buying strategy.
- Manage the full life cycle of products launched on the site; including product setup, merchandising strategy that aligns with key category plans, cross-sells, and navigation.
- Implement effective site merchandising strategies, including product categorization, filtering options, and search functionality, to improve product discoverability and navigation.
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment in campaigns as they relate to business objectives.
- Oversee product launches and day to day management of products and inventory on e-commerce platforms
- Leverage data and digital knowledge along with deep understanding of merchandising/e-commerce business perspective to drive cross-functional decisions
- 4-6 years of eCommerce, Buying or Site Merchandising experience
- Fluent in merchandising analytics; Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics
- Netsuite + Shopify experience
- Strong collaborative, communication, and project management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and able to manage across multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously
- Flexible approach, appropriate for fast-paced start-up and fluid objectives
- Open to flexible working hours to support business needs; i.e morning collection launch preparation and some weekend support required

SKIMS is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising will own the e-commerce channel online merchandising strategy, to achieve business goals.
