Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in line with our brand expectations
  • Excitedly presenting and educating customers on the fit, construction, and style of our Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
  • Utilizing professional sales techniques to achieve personal and store sales goals
  • Building strong relationships with customers through our Radically Personal program to increase loyalty
  • Ensuring all merchandise is displayed according to our visual guidelines
  • Maintaining store standards and operations to meet company expectations
  • Completing any additional tasks assigned by store leadership

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service
  • Has a genuine interest in fashion and styling
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a teamoriented environment
  • Has a flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
