Are responsible for daily monitoring of delivery dates and availability of vehicles ordered by dealers in the Dealer Portal
Advise dealers on converting nondisposable orders to available vehicles if necessary
Ensure daily disposition of vehicles for agreed delivery dates
Maintain regular contact with PDI centers regarding vehicle delivery to dealers
Monitor specified shipping times
Handle new invoicing, including reclaiming vehicle registration documents and creating new vehicle credits
Process dealer cancellations, including reclaiming vehicle registration documents and vehicle credits
Ensure initial equipment for dealer use
Coordinate and manage COCrelated issues, such as file maintenance in JIRA or EOS (exception permit) and IVI data transfer
Act as communication liaison between parent company and HMD for COCrelated issues
Continuously update and maintain SAP system
Create reports on inventory, shipment, lead time, and disposition
