    Description
    CRS Management is look to hire a new Director of Administration

    Overall responsibilities include management of financial, human resources, technology and facilities.

    Essential Functions- Administrative Operations

    Work directly with Partners on all aspects of administrative operations of companies.

    HR, Payroll, and recruitment oversight.


    Vendor Management:
    o Manage existing vendors (health care, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, information technology, retirement).

    o Catalog current vendors, relationships and contracts. Maintain this list as needed.

    o Research potential vendors for new/changing needs or to replace existing vendors. Maintain this list as needed.

    o In consultation with stakeholders, recommend contract extension, cancellation, or changes.

    o Ensure that internal users maximize vendor relationships and resources.

    o Create, update, and distribute vendor documentation as needed.


    o Continue working with Operations leadership to develop training opportunities, specialized trainings, and individual trainings for Operations and their administrative responsibilities.

    o Work with stakeholders to continually review vendor value, performance and utilization.

    Essential Functions- Financial Operations

    Manage payroll process and directly supervise payroll staff.


    Work with outside accountant and bookkeeping teams to prepare financial reports for owners,including, but not limited to company/job profitability; review of cost centers; cash flow.

    Pension & 401k management



    401k uploads and reconciliations. Pension payments and planning.

    Secondary Functions- Administrative Operations

    Work to ensure cross-training on all administrative processes, eliminating single point failures.

    Catalog all administrative operations, duties, and tasks, and understand the resources and time necessary for all.

    Ensure that company important documents and history is recorded and preserved appropriately and securely.

    Ensure that all companies domains, email accounts, and information technology are secure.

    Ensure regulatory compliance of all business activity across state and municipal jurisdictions where companies are active. Renew or establish licensure and compliance status as necessary.


    SKILL REQUIREMENTS
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


    Interpersonal skills that enable collaborative working relationships with fellow employees and demonstrate the ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner.

    Confident personality and comfortable while working in high-energy and high-pressure situations.

    Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills are essential.

    Must be self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task, initiate projects and prioritize.

    Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.

    Previous payroll processing knowledge preferred.

    Experience with financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting preferred.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree

    3-5 years of related experience

    Some evenings/weekend work may be required.

    Must be discreet, professional, and willing to keep information confidential.

    Full-time


    Pay:
    $65, $80,000.00 per year
