Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain accurate records on all student activity which includes time and dates on prospects appointments, attendance records and any other pertinent information on students. Responsible for dates and initials on file check off list.
Maintain a student daily call log file for your own reference and submit it daily to proper departments, Maintain a professional and administrative/ staff and student relationship at all times.
Report any and all incidents of non compliance of school rules, policies, and regulations by students to Director of Operations or Director immediately. The same applies for any staff member, or instructor.
Attend all workshops or seminars pertaining to the job description in order to learn new techniques or meet standard guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred;
Ability to analyze and interpret data entry;
Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.'

Schedule:
hour shift

Day shift
Some Weekdays
Weekend availability a must

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
