Ihre Aufgaben:

Durchführung von detaillierten Kostenanalysen für bestehende und neue Produkte

Bewertung des Materialbedarfs und Beschaffungskosten sowie Identifizierung von alternativen Materialien oder Lieferanten

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering-Team zwecks Bewertung der Produkte hinsichtlich der Designoptimierung und Materialauswahl

Analyse und Bewertung von Produktionsprozessen

Durchführung von Wertanalysen unter Anwendung von Werttechnik-Methoden zur Identifizierung von Kosten und Entwicklung von alternativen Lösungen

Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf zwecks Bewertung von Lieferantenangeboten und Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung von optimalen Konditionen

Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen zu den Ergebnissen der Kostenoptimierung

Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Kostenkontrollsystemen und -richtlinien

Aufrechterhaltung einer stetigen Kommunikation mit relevanten Abteilungen/Bereichen

Mitwirkung beim Produktentstehungsprozess und Erarbeitung kostenoptimierter Lösungen

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (bspw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktentwicklung oder -kostenoptimierung

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kosten- und Wertanalyse sowie Produktionsprozessen unter Anwendung von Tools und praxiserprobten Methoden

Verständnis für technische/konstruktive Aspekte und deren finanzielle Auswirkungen

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten komplexer Daten und Sachverhalte bis zur Interpretation und Ableitung von Lösungen zur Kostenoptimierung

Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, MS-Office-Paket und SAP R/3 von Vorteil

Teamorientierung und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
