WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU as part of temporary employment We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager (m/f/d) for technical building equipment and supply technology for a client company in the field of engineering services in Dresden.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will take on the overall project management of projects in the field of technical building equipment and media supply and disposal systems in highly installed clean rooms and laboratories, covering all phases according to HOAI.
You will communicate and work with project teams as well as clients.
You will be responsible for personnel management, distribution of tasks, guidance, and control.
You will coordinate cost, schedule, and change management.

YOUR PROFILE:

Successfully completed technical degree in the field of technical building equipment or supply technology, or equivalent.
Professional experience and knowledge of planning phases and processes in construction projects in Germany, structured according to the service phases of the Fee Scale for Architects and Engineers (HOAI).
Customeroriented and reliable approach.
Independent and goaloriented work.
Strong leadership skills with communication and assertiveness.
Ability to think in a structured and interconnected manner and to recognize priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of English.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Enthusiasm, resilience, flexibility, and teamwork.
