Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Develop and implement functional description and process control strategies that improve results and reduce variability.
- Implement and monitor key metrics and KPIs for performance and process effectiveness. Partner with management to leverage data to prioritize & recommend new projects.
- Develops standard operating procedures for the value stream processes based on the FLOW.
- Document track and monitor current project performance using metrics and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop datadriven solutions to improve performance.
- Develop and execute action plans that result in quality, productivity, and cost savings.
- Facilitate Kaizen events in which we effectively build and lead focused and empowered teams.
- Actively participates in meetings and training sessions as required in addition to completing continuous learning in relevant field

- Takes on additional projects as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of the business and supply chain
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to learn new systems and use them to organize orders and give everyone visibility to align all processes and deliver as promised.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Must demonstrate the ability to interact with peers, management, and other departments in a professional manner.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of CI/ PM experience
- Six Sigma/Green Belt Certification (preferred)
- Project Management Certification (preferred)
- Experience in leading improvement projects and project teams
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma tools, principles and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work inside, occasionally work protracted or irregular hours; this position will work closely with others in addition to working alone.
- Prolong periods working either on the computer or in the manufacturing environment.
