- Support monthly revenue, cost, and cash flow reporting
- Establish and manage project controls processes as per contract requirements
- Administer subcontracts and purchase agreements
- Manage equity outreach and contracting program to achieve goals
- Supervise project schedule and monthly updates
- Review design packages for constructibility and quality control
- Assist in operations planning
- Ensure team safety
- Conduct project closeout and as-built recording
- Maintain strong client relations
- Mentor construction engineering group
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, or related field; relevant experience may substitute
- Heavy Civil experience
- 5-8 years of construction engineering/management experience
- Experience in managing construction engineers
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze engineering plans and contract documents
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective leader and team player
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and construction estimating software
