- Manufacturing Management: Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with established standards and procedures. Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular monitoring and reconciliation. Implement best practices for inventory control, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and inventory valuation.
- Payroll Administration: Handle payroll processing and related activities, including timekeeping, payroll adjustments, and compliance with labor regulations. Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- ERP Software Expertise: Utilize ERP software effectively to streamline operations, track inventory, generate reports, and facilitate decision-making. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to optimize system functionality and resolve technical issues as needed.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including order fulfillment, freight management, and warehouse logistics. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including production, procurement, sales, and customer service, to coordinate activities and achieve overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO, JIT, and MRP.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office applications.
- Experience with payroll administration and familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
