Your Responsibilities:


  • Overall responsibility for the controlling department at PRETTL Beteiligungs Holding GmbH and leading a small team
  • Your tasks include controlling for investments, strategic planning, budget process management, as well as special analyses and forecasts
  • You are responsible for analyzing and presenting monthly results to the management and shareholders
  • You will be the main contact for the management, shareholders, banks, auditors, and investors
  • Managing cash flow at PRETTL Beteiligungs Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries
  • Operating and developing controlling systems and internal reporting
  • Optimizing internal commercial structures and processes, including the use of IT tools

Your Qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in finance/controlling or a similar qualification
  • Your strong business knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset set you apart
  • You have excellent team integration skills and a high level of assertiveness
  • You have a handson mentality and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and a high level of IT affinity (e.g. elkom, Power BI, Datev)
  • Your excellent English skills, both written and spoken, allow you to thrive in an international environment
