We're growing And we're looking for a
Team Leader (m/f/d) for our reception area to join us in
Frankfurt am Main and
surrounding areas on a long-term basis.


Monday-Friday with a 4-day work week


As a Team Manager, you will be a motivating, supportive leader with an open ear for your colleagues and clients.

You will take charge of leading your team to success.


Your responsibilities:

  • Organizing daytoday operations while maintaining quality standards
  • Providing both professional and disciplinary leadership to the reception teams
  • Building strong relationships with team members through coaching and positive communication
  • Training new team members
  • Creating schedules for the teams, including vacation and sick leave arrangements
  • Reporting directly to the department manager
