    The company is seeking to hire a Technology Project Coordinator to be responsible for managing the order processing and tracking the progress of technology projects to ensure timely and successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology products and services, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Process incoming orders for technology products and services, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to fulfill orders and manage inventory levels effectively.
    • Track the progress of technology projects from initiation to completion, monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Communicate regularly with customers, internal stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates on order status and project milestones.
    • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or project timelines in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all orders, project activities, and communications for future reference.
    • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
    • Provide reports and updates on order processing and project status to management and relevant stakeholders as needed.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in order processing and project management workflows.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in order processing and project management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, or project management, or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience in order processing, project coordination, or a similar role in the technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of technology products, services, and terminology.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
