    Job Description
    Sensible Exterior Preservation is a locally business, providing roof preservation rather than replacement. We offer roof coating systems for asphalt shingles, TPO, PVC, EPMD, mod bit, and metal roofs. The coatings we provide are significantly less than a roof replacement and offer 10 year material warranties up to 20 year NSS (no dollar limit warranties)


    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with potential clients.


    Duties:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, canvassing, cold calling, and networking
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our technology products
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

    Skills:

    • Proven experience in sales
    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships
    • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
    • Familiar with working with Go High Level or other CRM software
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
    • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel for client meetings
